Customised training for your staff
A communication skills workshop ought to be fun, lively and filled with activities and exercises that allow participants to immediately practice what they’ve learnt: and that’s exactly what I offer.
This course can be taught online or in person and can run for half a day or a full day depending on your requirements.
It can also be customised to suit you.
For example, I can tailor it for leaders who would like to become more motivational, or for team members who need to work better together.
It also acts as a great team building exercise that gets everyone on the same page about how they're supposed to interact with each other and various stakeholders.
Handbooks and certificates will be given to each participant.

I guarantee that every course will be taught by myself, Dan Kaufman: a former Sydney Morning Herald editor with over 15 years of experience in training a wide range of staff from various organisations, from government departments, councils and health services to law firms, not for profits and universities.
I have also taught at The University of Sydney, UTS and the Australian Centre for Independent Journalism (ACIJ).
